Terms of Conditions

  • Home Energy Grants is open to houses rated D1 or below (some C3 homes may also be eligible)
  • Home survey fee is €475 Plus Vat at 23%, houses over 220m2 will incur an additional charge from €200 plus depending on the complexity of the home. To be assessed and fee agreed with homeowner prior to survey. All payments to be made prior to survey been carried out
  • On submitting a request for a survey, you will be emailed a letter of engagement which you must complete and send back prior to survey been carried out. This will highlight all terms and conditions associated with the survey and the service to be provided.
  • Homes were proposed extensions or extension are currently under construction may occur additional fees. To be assessed and fee agreed with homeowner prior to survey. All payments to be made prior to survey been carried out
  • Inclusion on any Community Energy Grant / Deep Retrofit Scheme is at the sole discretion of the Home Energy Grants, no guarantee of inclusion is given. Applications will be assessed on a case by case basis of location, suitability and application date and project completion date.
  • The project will need to be completed from start to finish by October 1st of each calendar year. Strictly No exceptions
  • Home Energy Grants team strictly abides by the laws laid down in the Data Protection Bill and comply with all GDPR rules regarding the collection and storage of personal data. The submission of an application form to home energy grants constitutes an explicit consent as a lawful basis, by you; the client, to home energy grants for the processing of your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. The home Energy Grants team value confidentially and as such shall only contact the applicants named in the application form.
